39-year-old Adeola Williams popularly known as De Lawyer has been arrested for the murder of one Ganiyu Ayinla, the former P.A to Adekunle Lawal, the NURTW chairman in Idumota, Lagos. The alleged assassin said he has killed over 100 people in his career as a hired killer.
He confesses to the police that he is now a born-again Christian after his arrest.
"I am now born again", “If I get a chance to regain my freedom in this life, I will never go back to crime again. I also advise the millions of youths out there that crime does not pay" he said.
Adeola Williams is from Ijebu Igbo, Ogun State, a father of three. He has been committing crime for the past 20 years according to him and nothing to show for it except an uncompleted bungalow in Ibadan despite all the lives he has taken.
Hr took Kunle Poly because he refuses to talk to the state chairman of the Union, Tajudeen Agbede, on his behalf who he said to have worked hard for to become the Chairmen.
Adeola, after his arrest, decided not to go down alone so he had to implicate Olurunwa.
.” He said he also decided to lie against MC Oluomo and Prince Kazeem Aletu", he added.
